How Farmer Ropes came about? It all started because I grew up knowing my grand father as a farmer. He planted bananas, plantains, pineapples, yams, and a few other crops. He also had broiler and layer chickens, pigs, and at one time he had a mule or horse.
I loved going on the farm as there would be all types of fruits to eat, a small waterfall to play and bathe in, plus feeding the chickens, pigs and pigeons were all enjoyable tasks to me.
My father and mother lived in the nearby city, so I only visited the farm on some weekends, and holidays. I distinctly remember looking forward to the country.
As a middle aged man I came back to the country to settle down and have my family. It's been going good so far.
This blog is to highlight some of the things I experience on the farm. I'll write, post pics and videos to show what I do on a small farm.
